Amazing performance of Stable Manners by our Senior Students. Photos galore to be seen!  Just click here!

Our Christmas Play
On the 20th of December the best play ever was performed in Kilnadeema church. This piece of drama was a comedy based on the story of the Nativity. Our parody included a chicken, a cow, a sheep, owls, angels, shepards, kings and of course Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. There were other parts too that played a big part in the play. This play is about 3 animals who are very proud and selfish and and are trying to prove that they are better than others. In the end, the birth of the baby Jesus helps them to realise how selfish they have been. They decide to change their ways and be kinder to others. We can't forget the junior, senior and first class angels who were oh so angelic with their songs and storytelling. A wonderful night of song and laughter was enjoyed by all so if you like a good laugh make sure you come to next years concert! Merry Christmas!

Walk a Mile with a Smile

On Wednesday September 14th 2016, 3rd to 6th pupils from Kilnadeema N.S. walked a mile with a smile. It was part of the European Week of Sport.
The route they took was a loop around Kilnadeema.  The pupils picked foliage, flowers and blackberries along the route.  They stopped and listened to sounds as they as working on being mindful this year. They also looked at their surroundings, this time being mindful of colours around them.
The pupils in Kilnadeema N.S. had a lovely walk and brought some flowers and leaves back for the nature tables.

Please watch out 30 second flipagram documenting our walk!
